Ariana Grande is already buzzing hard, but the singing sensation is going to rocket into the stratosphere when she tours with Justin Bieber. What do we mean “when” she tours with JB? Well, it’s going to happen, ...Billboard Music Award’s Collaborations and Playlist have been revealed. Among many others will.i.am and Justin Bieber will take the stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. It will be the first time when they perform “That Power” together.
